Storm ÉowynUpdates
Below you will find the latest information on the impact of Storm Éowyn on the open eir network.

Storm Éowyn Service Update - 14th April
Significant progress has been made in reducing repair wait times with only six counties (Roscommon, Galway, Mayo, Leitrim, Monaghan, and Cavan) now on two/three week repair lead times from when a fault is reported.
All other counties are back on a normal SLA timeframe or a wait time of up to 1 week.
A reminder that our teams will have reduced availability over the Easter break. Overtime is available over the period for technicians and we expect technician availability to remain strong throughout the period to continue to work on the backlog of repairs and installations.
The OECC will be closed from 18th – 21st April. If you have a fault on a data circuit, calls will be routed to our SMC by making that selection (option 2) on our IVR. Our Dangerous Plant line is available 24X7 on 1800 245 245.
