Our purpose is to connect for a better Ireland
With that in mind, we are building a wholesale full fibre network for all of Ireland. We are the network, the physical connection to your home or business, we carry the data, and we sell this physical network to Retail Service providers who add their own bundles, like TV, broadband, voice etc...You are more than familiar with these retail service providers - there are over 29 of them - so you have plenty of choice when it comes to deciding what you need and what you want for your home or business.
Our network when complete 2026 will allow 1.9million homes and businesses order a full fibre gigabit connection. We have already completed 1.2 million homes and businesses, all of these homes and businesses can now order a full fibre gigabit connection from any of our retail service providers.
We are investing over 500Million in our full fibre network, it is the largest commercial infrastructure programme in Ireland. It takes time, and as you can understand we can't prioritise one home over the other, we have a plan which we need to adhere to if we are to enable 1.9million homes and businesses by end of 2026 and great news we are well on track.
