As an open eir customer, you now have access to our Nationwide Fixed Network, Products, and Technical Expertise. Our goal is to support you in executing your strategy and strengthening your relationships with your customers. The open eir Customer Care (oeCC) team is dedicated to assisting our wholesale customers through every step, from order placement to delivery and full triage for all our products. We are committed to addressing immediate issues while continuously improving the products and services provided by open eir.

If you are a residential customer who has purchased a broadband connection from one of our wholesale retail service providers and have a query regarding your services, such as installation or repair, please contact your provider directly. They have access to all your order details and any relevant updates.
