The open eir Unified Gateway
is our wholesale order management and fault handling system.
The Gateway accepts and validates all orders and faults inputted by our wholesale customers on behalf of their residential or business customers.
It then provides appropriate notifications, tracking each order or fault through to completion or resolution.
It allows our customers interact either by using a file-based transfer (FTP), a secure file-based transfer (SFTP), online Web access or by using a real time web services interface.
