Storm ÉowynUpdates
Below you will find the latest information on the impact of Storm Éowyn on the open eir network.

Storm Éowyn Service Update - 22nd April
Significant progress has been made in restoring normal service levels. Thanks to the efforts of our teams, who continued their work throughout the break, approximately half of all counties have now returned to normal SLA timelines for standard fault repairs. Only five counties continue to experience extended repair lead times, estimated at 2 weeks for new fault reports. These counties are Roscommon, Mayo, Leitrim, Galway and Monaghan.
We understand the impact these extended timelines have and assure you that resolving aged faults in these areas remains a top priority.
Our teams, including the OECC, have resumed normal operational hours and availability following the Easter break.
